Court Rules Against the City
A recent court case has ruled against the city of Fresno, which could impact the SEDA plan moving forward. The two linked articles outline the highlights and outcome of the case. The SEPO committee urges that this ruling does not permit the fight against SEDA to slow down. They assure southeast property owners that they will remain committted to see the thing through and encourage proeperty owners to stay involved and informed.
