Supervisor Magsig welcomes EIR comments
At the community meeting last week, Supervisor Nathan Magsig encouraged property owners to: continue to “speak clearly with one voice” and make it very clear to both the city and the county that we oppose SEDA. He also acknowledged that the EIR is “significantly deficient in many different ways” and that he is committed to holding the city accountable; that they follow the rules and don’t cut corners. The Supervisor also stated that he will communicate to the city on behalf of property owners and invited the public to send copies of the EIR comments they submitted to the city to his office. If you have not already done so, please forward copies of your EIR comments to the Supervisor at district5@fresnocountyca.gov.

Sunnyside Property owners and Supervisor Nathan Magsig are co-hosting a community meeting to provide updates on SEDA. Please attend and wear red to show your opposition to the plan.
